The firm was founded on April 18th, 1991 under the name Procuring services Hana Bíbová and company, Kraslice, on May 7th it was registered in the Companies Register in Plzeò by its manager Mrs. Hana Bíbová in the branch of funeral services and close branches with its activities in the Czech Republic. It has been a member of Czech Republic Funeral Association since 1991, European Federation of Funeral Services (EFFS) since 2013.
From 1993 to 2009 the firm was in charge of the Chodov cemetery with its funeral hall. The firm has had the experience in this branch for 27 years and it gained its experience both in Bohemia and abroad.

The manager Hana Bíbová treats her clients in a polite, discrete and sensitive way. She respects the Honour Code accepted by the General Meeting of the Czech Republic Funeral Association. She offers to her employees special trainings in funeral service branches.
In the frame of our services we arrange for all formalities connected with the transport or funeral. We arrange for automobile, air or train transport, funeral flower decoration, obituary notice, music, brass music , funeral speaker, digging the graves, cemetery services and many other connected services.
The aim of the undertaker´s is to take share in the development of this branch. We cooperate with the other companies. In 2004, Mrs .Hana Bíbová becomes a regional representative and voluntarily takes part in the meeting of the European Federation of funeral services in Athens. She also took part in Exibition Fair Venia 2002,2004 in Brno. In May 2005 Mrs. Hana Bíbová with her employees took part in the Internatinal Trade on funeral Befa 2005 in Dusseldorf. In November 2009, 2011 she took part in the trade fair Devota- Ried in Austria , then the trade fair in Italy in 2006, in 2007 she took part in international trade fair in England and in Berlin (Venia), in 2008 it was the trade fair in Dresden and in 2009 in the USA.
Our aim is to offer the service at a very high level with the emphasis on personal, sensitive and human approach towards the clients. We are not and we don´t want to be a classical business company , but a real service that not only arranges for anything necessary, very often above the frame of agreed service , and we will do anything to help the clients to overcome the most difficult moments.
In 2006, 2008, 2010 and 2013, the Undertaker´s EXCELENT was awarded with the Quality sign that has been loaned by The Czech Funeral Association for a high level of service and professional attitude.
Each of us has the right to a dignified leaving, however, not everybody can afford the pay for the cost connected with the ceremony that would be in accordance with their idea.
For these cases we offer some variants of saying good-bye to the deceased person:
- cremation without ceremony
- cremation with ceremony
- burying the deceased person into the grave or thomb
- scattering the remains of the deceased person on the mourning field

- tears of rememberance as a glass decoration
- the fingerprint of the deceased person in silver or gold
- decorated urns cover
- coffins for the remains of the deceased person suitable for thombs, graves or cremation
- creating obituary notes at the very place of arranging for the funeral

- purchase of cemetery accessories
